This thread is an absolute disgrace. OK there were no other fights on another channel at the same time and it didn't happen overnight- but what about all the people who decided to watch the Strictly final. It is their human right that nobody discusses one of the fights of the year in case they hear about it.

Boxing is a special case. We should remember that this is the only sport in the 21st century where journalists write editorials slagging of other journalists for reporting the news.

You're right but anybody who hadn't finished cracking one out over Abbey Clancey by the time the boxing started needs to see their doctor. I was done and dusted before she was halfway down the stairs.
