So show us the paperwork, Heathie-boy. Let's see how much Guzman was getting paid, and whether Sky fulfilled any obligations it may have had under the promotional agreement. It's very easy for a promoter to sign a fighter for X number of fights, then do f***-all to make said fights (which it is the promoter's job to do, BTW). Is the contract completely based on number of fights (which would in effect constitute indentured servitude in that the fighter has no escape clause), or is there also a time limit?

With regard to the allegations involving WBO president Valcarel, it's called "deniability." Unless and until we hear from the other people that were there (and I don't mean just Mr. Valcarcel,) it's a he-said-she-said.

Doesn't mention Andy and his Cartier watch though?

Assuming there was no pressure from WBO president Valcarel to "sign with Warren or else," and that he was well-informed as to what was in the contract when he signed it, and fully aware of his right to not sign anything until he had a chance to have a qualified person representing *him* examine it to their satisfaction - those are precisely the things at the heart of the matter, and for which we have only the conflicting words of Guzman's manager and Warren's counsel.

Olga Brookes is not independent. Their is a clear conflict of interest.

Getting fighters to sign contracts under pressure is one of SN specialities.

When Robin Reid fought Branco Andy Ayling was trying to get branco to sign a contract 10 mins before he fought ,Branc refused thats why there was about a 10 min delay.
