Just having a root through the upcoming schedules and am a bit confused.
Boxrec have Clev as fighting Ilunga Makabu for the WBA Interim Cruiser title on the Golovkin & Murray Monte Carlo bill but I thought he was fighting Daniel Amman for the Cruiser title on Warrens Copperbox bill on 8th Feb (a bill that has now moved to 15th Feb)? Which is it?

my guess is NO ONE CARES

, only time ppl will care is if he fights bellew or enzo mac then maybe there will be a few interested. He fought 1 world class fighter and was seriously exposed.

Must admit I'm very apprehensive about his move up in weight. If Clev Vs. Bellew II happens at cruiserweight, I can see Clev getting sparked out.

My guess would be the higher profile fight......

I saw this and thought it was bullshit, so I had a look around the internet and twitter for Makabu and the promoters, not one mention of Cleverly anywhere, someone will have heard a rumour and updated the schedule without confirming it, seems to happen pretty often.

Cleverly at cruiser is madness. He is a skinny frame, and any extra weight is a hindrance.
Silly move that will end his career for good.

The current WBA rankings (as of 12 December 2013) have Makubu at No 3 and Clev at No 12. Nathan has never fought at Cruiserweight in his career.

Anytime I've seen him on tv since the Kovalev defeat, he has looked out of sorts. I think he is in depression and is making a huge mistake going up to Cruiserweight. Since his dad took over his training he went miles backwards, became a total pitty pat puncher and went into fights with no tactics at all, just fitness to throw fast pitty pat punches for 12 rounds. He should get himself to a trainer and gym where he will be tested in sparring and work on his jab, footwork and fight tactics. He's going to get obliterated by any of the cruiser weight champs, if he even gets that far.
Nathan is a perfect example of a fighter who believes his own hype, to his detriment. Who had he beat to make him think he could take out Kovalev? I hope he gets back in the groove but at his natural weight.
