Does anyone train at St Albans ABC and if so, is it any good?

And are there any other boxing clubs anyone knows of within the St Albans/Hemel Hempstead type areas?

I have been told by people that train there thats its excellent with good coaches.

Good club,,, john cash just turned pro, with one of the coaches,,, mabey not the most active,,, but bloody reliable,,,
