Does Tyson Fury Need Mick Hennessy or does Mick Hennessy need Tyson Fury???
1.Tyson Promotes himself very well he has people talking whether its good publicity or bad publicity he's still got people talking regardless so where does Mick Hennessy come in to play with promoting??? When Fury tells the world whats going on on his twitter account alone.
2.Can Mick Hennessy get Fury a Title Shot?? Does he have the business sense of the big boys Goldenboy,Matchroom etc to get Fury a title shot in 2 fights instead of going the mandatory route and wait till 2015/16 to get his chance. He cant even get him on sky unless its with haye.
3.What happens if Fury leaves Hennessy??? He has lost Eubank Junior,Froch in the past and is likely to lose James Degale VERY Soon. If Tyson leaves so does Hughie?? If tyson leaves Mick Hennessy his future big money earner is gone and he will have to rebuild from scratch.

Mick's done a great job with Tyson + Tyson's a loyal guy = Nothing to see here, move along.

It's not that they can't. Pretty much anyone could promote a show. It's just that Mick has a proven track record of doing it. He's also got Tyson fights abroad and on US television. What more do you want?

Mick has got him to be a household name who should have fought in a PPV blockbuster last year. He is 24. Seriously, what more could he have done?

Mick has done very good by fury & I don't think fury would take any crap from promoters now. Maybe it would be best if mick just acted as manager & allowed fury to freelance???maybe like a Maloney / Lewis relationship

Exactly, Mick has done a great job with Fury, like he did with a lot of other boxers before they were cherry picked. For example Mick raised and nurtured Froch before his ego exploded and he went elsewhere disrespectfully claiming Mick was just his 'representative' Fury and Mick are a good partnership and long may it continue

They need each other, Mick has a lot of contacts in the states, and fury is a load mouth who has beat no one IMO !

Spooky I said to someone only recently that I thought once his contract is up Team Fury would promote themselves.

With that said, in my view Hennessy has done a very good job securing fights and promoting Fury ... this promoting business is not as easy as people think.

promoting is a specialist game in itself and the Fury team have a trusted promoter in Hennessy why leave and through themselves in with an unknown quantity in a new promoter ?

Where has Eubank Jr gone? Or has it not been announced yet?

Maybe Peter can do it now, maybe not. But thats only because Mick helped make Fury, landing the Cunningham fight was a really good move. I think there are a few fighters that really should have showed a bit of loyalty to their promoter but decided to go it alone once they hit the big leagues some of which shot themselves in the foot.
