Good luck to him, I think it is the right move myself.

I'm not sure that Booth would want to work purely as a conditioning coach for Bomber lol.hurlock wrote:There's plenty of water treading fights for him in this division.camacho,China Clarke, men's au, conquest etc. my only concern is his strength after the boiling down I expect him to not look great instantly but I think he will do well & the comfort of doing cruiser may make him lazy. I'd say he needs a great conditioning coach & adam booth would be the best man for him in this department, him & bobby rich are easily the most advanced & proven in this country hands down
I know! I'm just saying some of Adams main strengths.i don't think people are aware of booths academics in sports science & nutrition & has the psychology down to a tee.columbo wrote:I'm not sure that Booth would want to work purely as a conditioning coach for Bomber lol.hurlock wrote:There's plenty of water treading fights for him in this division.camacho,China Clarke, men's au, conquest etc. my only concern is his strength after the boiling down I expect him to not look great instantly but I think he will do well & the comfort of doing cruiser may make him lazy. To circle round men like wlad & valuev giving away a massive weight defecit determines Hayes stamina over 12 rds each occasion, I'm suprised your questioning his stamina, it's more his durability but he boxes to a plan devised by himself & booth which is well thought out & plays to his strengths & away from his weaknesses which is key to his success, I'm not a fan but I give him credit where it's due & respect the fact he never sighned up to anybody & rolled the dice going Paris & Germany & he reaped the benefits because no promoter would of allowed to risk his stock. He did make me feel proud wearing the Union Jack shorts in the heart of France picking himself off the canvas were many would of swallowedsquared circle wrote:How much of it is booths skill or Hayes freak genetics though?
And although he's always ripped, there have long been doubts over his stamina - well founded or not

Na Haye most definitely does have a stamina issue. He throws about two punches a round.
I agree.The_Don1 wrote:The jury is out on Bellew until he can produce a performance in the ring as good as his performance at his weigh in.
"I'm prepared to die in the ring"
Prouduces a display only an insomniac will appreciate vs Chilemba in the first fight
"He won't have to go looking for me"
Vs Stevenson, yes correct Tony and he found you very easily and made you look like a right tit after your weigh in antics
You love it when I post on here GomezG0mez wrote:The_DogFart1 makes his trolling neither witty or humorous.

Exactly, a re-building job is needed to see where Bellew's level is really at, he's talked about being at world level and now he needs to prove it.bripez wrote:I agree.The_Don1 wrote:The jury is out on Bellew until he can produce a performance in the ring as good as his performance at his weigh in.

Even if he stayed at light heavy Bellew needs to do a re-building job, have at least a couple of good wins against decent opposition before getting another opportunity.
This is even more important at a new weight.
