Matchmaker. The ability to judge the right fights at the right time is so important for a fighter's development, if it's done badly it can ruin careers.

The fighter!!!!! Even when some are blessed to make it look easy there training camps are a battle on there own pushing there body through everything to hit a peak fitness & get that balance not to go over or under. This is the thing which amazes me in boxing is understanding your body & fitness levels & getting it right

Secretary of the British Boxing board of Control. He's got promoters fighting with each other and ready to throw previous comments back in his face. He's got boxers/managers complaining about fees/medical results. Press complaining about judges/referees decisions. He's got lawyers letters arriving on his desk weekly, and he's got some less than competent Board officials who don't know the day of the week talking about 'back in day' and not fully understanding the arguments.

Referee easily, they have to make a call which could change the outcome of a fight in a split second.
