It's beside the legendary Ledgends hotel lol

He's in the UFit gym on Glass Avenue off Ocean Way by Cardiff Docks.

And around the corner is Steve Robinsons Gym on Portmanmoor Rd.

I use Steve's and he does a class every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6.30pm. Senior Ams train Mon Wed and Thurs at 5.30.

I've heard that they do similar in UFit but not sure if Gary takes the session??
