How good was American middleweight Sugar Ray Seales? Describe him to the tee. Was he good enough to challenge the great Carlos Monzon's title?

I would have love to see some of his fights. I knew about him in the mid 70s, but, at that time, I was not following boxing. Is his fight with the great Marvin Hagler on tape available?
