Same here, can't help but judging by the date of birth, being listed as Ghanaian and the date he turned pro, it's likely he moved here just after the Second World War, before the Gold Coast/Ghana gained independence in 1957, possibly around the time the independence movement started there in 1947.

He also fought Jackie Turpin 1 of 3 Turpin brothers Randolph being most famous as he got a win over sugar ray robinson
