I read that mate, really good piece. I used to think ayling was a massive tool from bits id heard but that and the BM and a few other pieces changed my mind

The mind boggles at the amount of money that can be gained or lost on a major promotion. To think Fwank lost half a million on Hide vs Vitali, but could recoup the losses on other shows.... I bought a really good pizza on a half price offer the other day and thought I had done well DD

He's an interesting character is AA, heard a lot about him but it's only recently he's come out the shadows with a few interviews. Comes across well there.

Good interview that. Although the Tyson calling him G.I Jane and knocking him up at 3am is a bit suspect!

Read both pieces this morning, great insights and really enjoyable read.
Interesting point about Barker going to Germany for his first defence - and a good example of the 'accounts' approach of Hearn (i.e. another example are the underwhelming PPV undercards!). In fairness, I could not see Warren agreeing to Barker going to Germany in his first defence, if he had been his promoter.

After Spuds Return he then went quite Quiet after David Haye started training again
