i mean literally if i was God making a boxer best suited to beat Arbachakov, he would look and fight just like Sot did.

true but sot could be inspired, could be unimpressive. at his very best like the magri and the 3rd bernal fight, you'd go for the thai, gifted with the same kind of athleticism as, say, donaire.
but chitalada didn't like it when a guy didn't come at him slowly in straight lines. arbachakov always cut the ring down, chose his shots with care and precision. I think it'd take a while for yuri to get to him, but I think his superior timing would allow him to slow chitalada down with body shots...enough to get a very tough contest on his own terms.
2 tremendous talents who for different reasons had short primes. see chitalada as by far the superior athletic talent but yuri had the better temperament. just see yuri as being the more solid, controlled, even guy - enough to win narrowly.

I d go with Arbachakov.His punching power and skill help him to beat Chitalada.
