Will the Pacman meet Pretty Boy anytime soon? Will this fight ever happen?

I believe we are about 5 or 4 years too late for this fight to happen. Are we?

And if this fight happens now, would it have the same impact if they fought 5 years earlier?

This reminds me of Leonard vs Hagler. Five years TOO LATE. It should have happened in '82 or '83 instead of '87, but still, it was a great fight for what it was. But I do not think it would have a better showing if they would have duke it out in '82.

No, I don't think it will.

But if it does, at this point it will never be the fight that it could have been 4/5 years ago.
