Does anyone actually think he's a decent fighter? I must admit I haven't seen him for a while but whenever I think of him all I see is a combination of Scott Gammer and Derrick McCafferty.

I know about his amateur record but surely the reason why he's been moved so slowly as a pro is because he's made little or no improvements?

Some are comparing him to Samil Sam but I'd say get out of town. He's nowhere near as dangerous.

From what I have seen I whole heartly agree, its a good match for Danny in the fact it will get him back in the European title mix. I don't think it will be particularly competitive.

I was thinking more of the lines of Scott Gammer and John McDermmot myself. A tubby fighter who can throw two punch combinations and that is it.

Samil Sam would anhilate Kandelaki on my last viewing, Samil Sam is still a fringe contendor, he will always struggle with movers, but I think would give Vitali Klitchko a right handful.

I've never seen the guy fight, but his amateur record is phenomenal and he's done nothing wrong as a pro either. He has to be respected. He'll definitely beat Danny if he's got anything about him.

That's just it I don't think he has. He's not quick, doesn't have a heavy looking dig and does not fight at much of a pace. He's going nowhere in my eyes.

the guy is either very very badly managed or has no heart for the game.....

I notice his WC gold, whilst a great achievement was the year after the olympics which is always the easiest time to win a medal as all the top guys have gone pro....

The loss to Patrick Halberg is not a good sign, Halberg was never really good.

his two forfeit losses to Savon seem to indicate a lack of heart/bottle also.... so Savon is the best in the world... U gotta beat the best if you wanna be the best....
