How To - Wrap Your Own Hands w/ Gauze & Tape

I've gotten a ton of requests to create a video of how I gauze and tape my own hands.
I personally do this before any hard gym session and for most of my amateur fights I always wrapped my own hands. My coach had constant pain in his hands and I was the gym's resident hand wrapper for other fighters.
This wrap has gotten me personally signed off by every state commission I've presented it to.
