Seems like Kohei Oba's getting an IBF eliminator instead of McDonnell, so what happened?

From what I read, "issues", stopped McDonnell v Caballero from being made. Interesting that Caballero is going to Japan.

They reported earlier (last week) that Golden Boy were finding it hard to agree promotional terms with McDonnells team.
