Maskaev wins only if Morrisson is contractually prohibited from hitting his chin.
Otherwise, it's TM by 1st round KO.

Oleg had some bad nights, but when in form - see the Rahman fight - he could have for a number on Morrison. 50/50 who has a good night really.

Two inconsistent performers who's careers had drastically varying results. Just when I'm about to pick Tommy, the Michael Bentt fight pops into my head. As soon as I go with Oleg, the name T-Rex Sanders comes to mind. Without a concrete prediction, I'll offer this.. If these guys fought 10 times, both men would end up with a mixed bag of results, including a few stoppage wins and losses, and perhaps even a draw or DQ in there somewhere.

I'd place a wager on Oleg here. Both with less than stellar chins, but give me the better schooled guy with far better conditioning to win more times than not.

I'd say Tommy, probably by late TKO or points decision.

Morrison by late stoppage seems highly unlikely to me. Maskaev had much better stamina. I'd go with Tommy early or Oleg late, slight lean to maskaev.

Morrisson early KO or Maskaev late KO

I like Maskaev to stop him somewhere along the way.
