Eubank Benn III

With all the talk of Froch and Groves II happening because of public demand and there being so much money at stake, it got me thinking: how on earth didn't Eubank Benn III happen.
The first fight was one of the most exciting brutal fights in a British ring.
Second fight was a stadium fight, biggest pay day for both at the time and ended in a controversial draw.
Surely fight III would have been their biggest pay day, and they both couldn't stand each other.
I remember there being a contract dispute over the fight being a draw meaning Eubank wasn't tied to Don King, but looking back it's crazy it didn't happen again.
Thoughts?

Neither fighter was tied to Don King afterwards, he had somehow managed to manipulate the contracts so he would promote the winner and loser, but the contracts had no mention of a draw in them, so both Eubank and Benn walked away.

I thought Benn went with King? Didn't he put together Benn-McClellan?

Here's a thought. What happened to Benn and Eubank after they fought Henry Wharton. Both won well but were taken to the brink of exhaustion as admitted in their biographies. Benn did have the war with McClellan and for him that and the Wharton fight were enough.

Benn went with Warren, Warren and King put the McClellan fight together.
