8 rounds to 4, and I don't doubt Mike would drop him once or twice, but Larry would control the rest of the bout enough to take it on the scorecards.

Larry Holmes, by a 7-5 verdict, in a 12 rounder, 13th round stoppage in a 15 rounder, a little too much for Mike Tyson to deal with.

I'll go with Holmes by a close decision if its 12 or a late stoppage if it were scheduled for 15. But only if he is absolutely 100% and doesn't get careless or sloppy like he did against Snipes and Shavers. The Mike Tyson of 1988 was a very formidable champion and one that even the greatest fighters would have to be at their very best to beat.
