Hope this happens, hes the best ref in the business. Never stops a fight early. If the ref is not british he makes perfect sense. Guarentee there will be no controversial stoppage with him in the middle.

He would not stop it early but he may also let someone take a career ending pasting.

I like Weeks. I know he's getting stick over last weekend but I think he's an excellent ref.

In no way should it be a British ref. The build up is too big in the UK whereas in the States it's not even mentioned. I was in a bar for 4 hours last night & ESPN news was on the many tvs there & I saw no mention of the bout whatsoever.

I honestly don't think it matters who the ref is after the controversy of the first fight - no referee in their right mind is going to be ending the rematch prematurely.

I dont think there should be any British officials allowed in a world title fight if a Brit is fighting,or even if 2 Brits are fighting

I don't like Weeks. Smoger or Bayliss for this fight. I think Bayliss on form is best in business.

That's why I want him for the rematch. Overall I think he lets fighters take far too much and he's also been known to kiss fighters and call them baby

Bayliss is good. One ref who never gets a mention and should is Benji Estevez. He actually understands what's going on. Smoger used to be better but he is not anywhere as good nowadays. Very much overrated when in reality, he is a bit too much of a celebrity ref.
