With BN putting on its first stand alone PPV event at £27.99, I got to wondering what the maximum UK punters would stump up for PPV is.

The poll is for Froch v Groves 2 but I'd be interested in comments about fights such as:

Haye vs Fury
Mayweather vs Khan
Mayweather vs Maidana
Etc...

They take the piss as it is at £15; I can't understand the allegedly thing unless are trying to accentuate how good value the £12 per month is.

Maybe the allegedly thing is aimed at boozers wanting a one off?

£15ish is the limit for me. Anything more and it's just pure greed to try and squeeze every penny out of fight fans.

Depends on undercard for me. Is it an all night show or a main event only..

A fat undercard and a good main event I'd happily pay £20 for.

I'll be driving 120 miles (each way) to Fort Lauderdale - or possibly Tampa - to watch this fight and I'd happily pay a $10 entry fee to a bar showing the fight. Waxys in Fort Lauderdale looks most likely.

Will work out to be about $40 petrol & up to $100 in booze & grub.
