I know he wanted to get into acting but I don't think that has really come off from what I can tell. Does he have that much money that he doesn't need to do anything? You never see him doing any commentating and has very little to do with boxing nowadays. The odd promo here and there granted.

I was a big fan of his back in the day. Just intrigued to know what he is doing now? Would like to see him in the corner of fighters as he has a lot to give.

He does sportsmans dinners etc, and the odd bit for Sky. He never seems that interested in boxing!

i always find hes maybe abit to real about boxing for the Sky hype machine ,
when hes on ringside they ask about certain boxers and he kindov shrugs his shoulders and says " who knows" , "Maybe" ,"Possibly" , "need to see how they develope"

He's doing what any sensible and rich man who lived the life of an athlete for 20 odd years would do: enjoying his family and wealth and chilling out!

I've seen him at a few boxing events with his son and he gives the impression of a very content man.

I've whinged about Joe's endless defences at home, but any fighter should never risk their health in a big fight, then not receive their purse.

With regards with his current career, I thought he was doing movie auditions.

Having read his book he always struck me as a guy who liked to be at home, loved his food and enjoyed family life; so I am guessing lots of red wine, pasta, some long holidays back in Sardinia and just enjoying watching his kids grow up.

Nice life and well-deserved!!

He doesn't like boxing.
Got a documentary coming out soon he's done for Sky.
Other than that on the dinner circuit with his lovely partner and having loads of holidays.

He doesnt look that healthy to me these days.

A guy who works in my department down south lives "next door" to him. Joe is out jogging every morning around half 7 when this chaps going to work. apparently he's split with his latest bird (her off dancing or the one after her?).
Said chap i work with is 45ish, ex amateur rugby player, but says hes lived next to joe for a fair few years but never gets more than a "alright?". The guys kids go to school with Gavin Rees kids too, his daughter came home and said "*Rees daughter name* said her dads a boxer, but i said you could beat him up dad" - he shat bricks. By all accounts The Rock allegedly has a reputation he enjoys down there.
