I'm going back to 1937 - 1947 where I can see the best of ray robinson, I can be ringside for the incredible al tribuani - hank Armstrong fight, I can watch lew Jenkins, beau jack and lou ambers. I might get a ticket to see bummy davis. I will certainly get to see fritzie, and then jump a few years to witness the tony zale - rocky g bouts! I will also pay to see billy conn's tilt at Louis's heavyweight strand. that's just a few of the things I could see in this amazing era.

where would you go?

Take me to the 1920s and see the great Jack Dempsey in action.

I would've loved to have seen the first Marciano vs LaStarza fight, just to see if it was as controversial as people say it was.

Other than that, it definitely has to be Sugar Ray Robinson at Welterweight or Henry Armstrong in the late 30s.

I would want to go and see as much of Greb as possible

I had to choose between all those fights from the 37-47 era and watching greb in the early 20's - it was a split decision

Incredible year for boxing.

New York when Benny Leonard was boxing; It'd be nice to have a bit to spend and go to the polo grounds and on Broadway.

Id grab Klitschko and take him to the 20's to prove a point to anyone who thinks Willard is his equivalent .

Im with you in agreement on all of this.
Would have loved to have seen all those guys you mentioned in action.
Could you imagine what it would have been like at the first Zivic-Davis fight? Any Beau Jack or Lew Jenkins fight would have been great.
Conn, Zale, throw in Ike Williams,Bob Montgomery,Joe Louis,Robinson,Lamotta,Burley on and on..
