Riddick Bowe was released from prison this morning. Bowe had served 18 months for kidnapping his first wife and their kids. He was set to be released on the 8th of next month but due to good conduct, got out early.
He's now set to make a ludicrous ring comeback.

I've no idea what kind of condition he's in, but he sounded punchy years ago.

I dont condone his comeback, but I wouldnt be surprised if he gets a few wins and winds up in a big fight.

We shall see

Is it just me or can anyone else see Bowe v Holyfield IV on the horizon, 'battle of the brain-dead, this time it's for brain cells.'

Bowe was sounding punch drunk and looking like a shot fighter as far back as his 3rd fight with Holyfield, the vampires who are trying to get him back in the ring ought to be shot, Bowe is going to end up in really serious trouble. What kind of shape is he in I wonder, another crash diet, another dehydrated brain going into a fight, there's a tragedy waiting to unfurl here.

I really hope that Bowe finds peace and a living outside of the Boxing ring. However I have no doubt that he will make a comeback and aim towards Holyfield, Byrd & Ruiz etc.

Bowe like others have said slurred his words and looked on the way to being a washed up force years ago.

Somebody should sit Bowe down and tell him the stories of Greg Page and Jerry Quarry.

I have heard some people say that Bowe speech is no longer slurred, but yes I agree I don't want to see him back. Having said that, I probably would tune in to see his 1st comeback fight, mainly out of curiosity.

I do see Bowe vs Holyfield IV happening, but the only reason why I doubt it will because Bowe vs Tyson will probably happen before.

As we all know it's 10 years too late for that fight, we might as well have Foreman V Holmes as a double header.

In or around their primes Tyson V Bowe would have been a HUGE fight, oh if only.

Neither man ever showed any willingness to fight the other in their primes, why on earth would they want to now?

I think Bowe would have decapitated Tyson in his brief prime, that uppercut on the inside was a thing of beauty.

Both I would say need the money now. Never really were around during their primes. Bowe won the title in 1992, Tyson was in the knick. Bowe was pretty much done when Tyson was ready for him in 1996.
