Is there a WBA Super champion at Bantamweight?

This is very Interesting indeed... credit to hall and hoibson if they confirm this fight. They are clearly going for broke and trying to line up a big cashout fight if he can somehow get the WBA belt as well. I was expecting Warren to make Dennis an offer for Hall to defend against Paul Butler...McDonnell is royally fcked...Hobson must be pissing himself laughing

It's almost like Hobson has gone out of his way to go after the best guy in the division, knowing his man is likely to lose in the process but yet leaving Mcdonnell a seriously tough task if he goes down that route lol.

If Stuie does the business he's got a double world champion and with all the politics involved with two belts he would probably be able to keep Jaime from getting his shot or at least severely delay him...I dont think the WBC route is feasible for McDonnell either. That Chemito guy with both belts wont want to know Jaime either.. If Stuart does lose as its probably likely im sure Hobson would compensate him with some decent money fights - maybe he will do a deal with Frank for a Butler fight.

Brad Saunders said Newcastle 7th June. Sounds more likely. The crowd wasn't capacity but was certainly very good.

It seemed a good card for a 5k venue (pretty sure expe said during the rbr it was set up for 5k rather than 7k.) But yeah it certainly wasn't full at all although by the time the main event came around it didn't (to my eye) look that bad.

Saunders did over a thousand and I know Josh Leather does great numbers. Travis, Ward and Hall will have done a lot too. The trouble is, they come and go throughout the night. Unless the main event is a huge fight, then huge numbers of people only watch who they come to see and spend the rest of the night in the bar or, in this case, up the toon.

Hall has said that he's unlikely to rematch Ward because he's got a mandatory, probably against the winner of Fridays fight between Caballero and Oba, in June.

He won the title in Germany against German based Ukrainian Wladimir Sidorenko which says a lot. Ya, unless he's regressed significantly Moreno is multiple levels above Hall.

I've only seen Moreno fight once and that was against Abner Mares at Super Bantam.

Wasn't the most amazing fight but he didn't get detsroyed by any means.

As for McDonnell being f*cked I thought that was the more the case when the IBF final elim scheduled for the Matchroom Manchester show in a couple of weeks was cancelled for whatever reason. The opponent is now fighting in Japan.

Very unlikely this fight happens. Moreno is the real deal!

Yeah there's much easier fights out there for Hall. Can't see how the same man who was outboxed by McDonnell and Lee Haskins has a chance against Moreno.

Stu has improved for the better and truth hell give all the 8.6 bantam a go he s massive for the weight and is always in shape wish him well
