He runs so much in a boxing ring he ought to wear a football shirt, anyway.

by don't call it a comeback

Actually he was a good footballer at school according to a mate who went to school with him exact words were "hell of a player". Dunno if he punched your lights out if you tackled him tho.
Back to boxing I like Aud one average performance when he boxed well within himself doesnt make him shit mark my words.

audley? run? I wish he did show some movement, but he just stands there flat footed, twitching his head directly into punches. That was the story vs francis.
i think audley needs to fight in america again, he has performed well over there, its like he knows he has to impress. I actually think if he'd fought jules in front of an american audience he may have just LET HIS HANDS GO more.

yeah I agreee mate, he did seem a bit shy to let his combinations go but maybe he wanted to do the 12 get it out the way you know. i dunno I just got the impression that there was plenty left in the tank. Standing up between rounds, he was hardly troubled all night and while it might have been a bit laxadasical he still put Francis on the floor, something rabbit punching, thai wrestling shrek lookalike Skelton couldnt do and he is supposed to have the power.....

hmmm.

That is so far off the mark. He isn't a runner at all.

You watch him run against Skelton once he realises (if he hasn't already) that he can't knock the guy out.

I was at ringside at Bristol and all I saw was Harrison running. Oh, yes, and clinching.

I missed the fight, did Audley really look that bad?

I actually thought he did okay James, but that's because I've only ever seen him as a domestic level fighter. Anyone expecting world titles out of this guy needs to get a grip though. He won't even beat Skelton, just doesn't have the power, strength or workrate to keep him off.
Best part of the night was when this pissed up, fat arsed fool on a mobile in the crowd pulled a mooney twice in the ninth round. Hilarious. Worth seeking out a copy of the fight alone.

As a live spectacle it was bad, James. The fans didn't know whether to boo or trash the joint.
They settled for mooning.

Every last ounce of fat on him looked bad and he couldn't even talk his way out of it...after the Brian Nix fight he said to ESPN analysist and fellow crap yapper Teddy Atlas "I can talk for England" he left a word out though

any notice the posture here strikingly similar to a certain fellow who used to advertise a sugary honey encrusted breakfast product....
Tell them about the honey mummy....

Honey Monster is No.6 in the WBF rankings. Just ahead of Bungle and the Monster Munch Dinosaur.
Audley reckons he'll be ready to meet them 'in about 12-18 months'.

HEHEHE! which flavour was the 'dinosaur'? that must've been the rare bbq sauce flavoured monster munch. I always seem to remember the pickled onion had an unidentifiable beast but definitely wasn't a dinosaur.

Aah, Pickled Onion Monster Munch. E numbers before they were bad.
