Terry McGovern wants a title shot this week. He's guaranteed the WBC Title shot, but he's willing to take his time and see just how many of the current World Champions would offer him a shot at their belts.

Herman has McGovern as a mando. If McGovern decides to go in another direction, Herman will offer a shot to Donaire I suppose. The list you posted has champs on it and people who lost last week. I know Donaire won and is eligble to fight. Or if you get a revised list, I'll offer out a few more shots, I guess maybe Barry.

There is no New Awards system yet. Even when there is one, it's not something one can "Fight for" per se. It's just an award given based on performance in fights. "Fight of the Week" or "Knockout of the Week"

And the system is still a ways off from being implemented. The poll still needs to run for a bit longer, and then I would need to iron out the details of how I give out the awards with the Co-Commish's, but based on the response thus far, it's looking like something that may well happen.
