the death of Gabriel Garcia marquez - latin Americas greatest writer since Cervantes - has prompted this thread.
list the top 20 pound 4 pound latin American fighters since 1990 - fighters have to be in more or less their best years (so no Roberto duran) - does tito make it? how about acelino freitas? does barrera get in? Sotomayor? top 20 - you decide

When you say Latin America are we to only count boxers from Central America or Mexico and South America as well?
