Mandatory Note: It's IBF Mando week.
The highest ranked UNSIGNED challenger is Jimmy Barry.

Further Note: Remember this will be happening every week, mandos will rotate between the four titles - there aint gonna be no "easy" options this time round. And it will make unification's that much more difficult to achieve.

Terry McGovern agrees to defend his IBF Title against Jimmy Barry.
He is also agreeable to defend against the second best ranked opponent, Sixto Escobar.
And he would also fight the third choice opponent, Erik Morales.

Hopefully his title defence can be arranged relatively stress-free.

Dixon would like a Unification bout with Pete Herman, what better way to settle the draw from earlier this season.

Just for a quick clarification, the first unification bout will always be sanctioned as the beginning of the Lonsdale Belt line - and it will be taken from there.

How high exactly again do you have to be ranked to have a shot at each title?

For the four World Titles you must:
A. Be ranked in the top 14.
B. Not be coming off a loss from the previous week.

The minor Titles you must:
A. Be the rank of 15 or below.

And that is all.

Jeff Chandler offers the first crack at his WTF Title to the undefeated Orlando Canizales he's still been doing well, and Chandler wants a tough guy to fight in his first defense of the WTF Belt.

If Canizales doesn't except I'm sure somebody will pop up. Let's see

Erik Morales will sit back and see how things shake down before he makes any announcements just yet.

No. We are only reverting to that if we can't get title fights for the Champions in the top 14.
It's a sort of "plan B" idea to ensure that the four Worlds are being competed for each and every week.

Rafael Herrera will face Vuyani Bungu.

We at The Irish Associates feel it is paramount to allow non-managed fighters to have the chance to showcase their skills. Without the benefit of a manager, these fighters hope and pray for a fight, just so they can afford to feed their families. That is why TIA has made it our goal to give non-managed fighters as many opportunities as possible.

TIA - Making the world a better place, one fight at a time.

If Jimmy Barry and Escobar turn down the chance to fight McGovern, Erik Morales will take the fight.

Should either Barry or Escobar except the fight, Erik Morales will challenge the other man in your stable Celestino Caballero.

So either way, we are interested in doing battle with you in some form or another this week Crease. Sound like a plan?

Rigo accepts, and looks forward teaching the meathead you call a fighter a thing or two about the sweet science. :box: :bag:

Why not make it a stable war?
We are going to have to drop the IBO strap then, coz Fanny Pacquiao is rated too high for the minor title. We've been waiting for this all season.
Or....we could do Rigo vs Vazquez for the IBO and have Fanny fight Marquez?
