Not off the top of my head, but I recall Rubin Palacios dethroning Colin McMillan, he had around a dozen or so losses when he got the fight.
Similarly Manuel Medina when he beat Scott Harrison at Glasgow.

I thought I was onto a winner with Chris Edwards but alas he only had 14 losses when he fought Kevin Satchell for the British Flyweight title a few years back.

Robinson had about 8 or 9 losses when he filled in for Palacios after failing his medical. By the time he finished his career he had a lot more losses but most of them were fairly narrow points losses and he was still challenging for domestic titles right towards the end of his career.

Jimmy Vincent had 16 losses vs David Barnes. He was robbed too; should have been british champion.

Najib Daho was 29-18-1 when he won the British Super Feather title.

Anthony Hanna. He was 16-25-6 when he fought for the British title.

Chris Saunders was 16-16-1.

Najib Daho was 34-24-1 when he last fought for the British title.

Tom Collins was 23-15-1 when he won the title.

Peter Judson almost falls in to this category. His 15th loss was a British title fight.

There's been alot of British heavyweights who had double digit losses on the way up, or by the time they became the British/Commonwealth champion. Tommy Farr, off the top of my head, had double digit losses I believe before facing Joe Louis. Could be wrong on that though. Don Cockell also had scores of losses on his record.

Steve Foster Snr - had 15 losses when he fought Eastman for British title.

Bang on mate, Farr had 24 losses at the time he fought Louis. It's very rare see a boxer with double digit losses to fight for a world title these days.

Karl Taylor boxed Michael Ayers for the British lightweight title in 1995 with a record of 12-22-2.

Tough kid from Liverpool who went in deep from the very start of his career and was once badly knocked out by Mark Reefer, but none of it slowed him. I seem to remember his dad was a good pro, so boxing was in his system. He stopped Dickie for the British super-featherweight title in an era when nobody could hold on to that title for longer than five minutes. The Dickie win really was head-scratching. Dickie was strong and talented.

Sugar beat Peter Gabbitus; he was a good fighter and strong and game. Reefer scored some shocking KO's, he could really hit.
