Advantages George would have over Larry: Far greater punching power
Advantages Larry would have over George: Better technique, Better jab, Better stamina, More patience.
Larry would be very cautious, and careful of George's power. He would have a few scary moments, and I could see Foreman putting him on his ass a time or two like Earnie Shavers did in the 10th round of the rematch, but I think ultimately Larry would prevail.

I think otherwise. I'd predict that Foreman's power would eventually overcome Larry.

this is a close one - everytime I think ive got it I think of something that tells me I'm wrong :(
ken Norton troubled holmes and George was a bigger more powerful Norton type but not as fast and not as good a boxer as Kenny. larry lost to spinks who was a genuine light heavy and cooney took him a long way. George or larry...I still don't know

I pick Holmes to win 11 rounds to 4 maybe even stopping Foreman .

of all the scenarios I just cannot see larry winning by stoppage - but if George gasses it might happen
