Eder Jofre has achieved Unification status by successfully defending the WBC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP three times consecutively. This is how he did it:
Week 22: Defeated Wilfredo Gomez by SD.
Week 21: Defeated Jeff Fenech by UD.
Week 20: Defeated Manuel Ortiz by TKO 6.
Week 19: Defeated Pete Herman by TKO 8. (Won the WBC Title)
Eder will now be able to unify the WBC Title for every week that he holds it.
