Growing up during Leonard's early career,he was one of my favorites. With all his retirements and comebacks(and demands of what size gloves he wanted to wear, ring size, and carefully picked opponents)he became one of my least favorite fighters. He picked the late Hector Camacho as a safe opponent because Camacho was not a big puncher.Whoops, that did not work out too well,Sugar Ray got tko'd in the 5th round!I didn't like The Sugar Ray Robinson comparison either,Leonard had 40 pro fights,Robinson had 200.Sugar Ray Leonard did have some good wins but I think he was very overated!

Mundine
Broner
.... in a league of their own, for all the wrong reasons.
Hamed could also be a total arsewipe as well, but at least he sometimes laughed at himself and was brave in the ring. Naz was hard to love and delivered some unforgiveable/disrespectful crap to some brave and talented fighters.

robin reid
akinwande
john ruiz
I made a mistake paying money to watch reid touch gloves with his opponent about 20 times during a "fight" but I never paid to see the other two mugs

Nobody hates Leonard more than I, but he was far from overrated. One of the 25 or so greatest fighters in history.

Usually it's not the fighters but the fans and/or the special treatment name/money fighters get.

I don't hate Leonard, but looking back at his career I think he was very good but not great!I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

I bet I can guess why Monzon's up there .
I'm starting to slowly dislike Aaron Pryor and I know it's not his fault but his fans watch that HBO special and all of a sudden "He's the greatest." "Ray Leonard ducked him"

We can agree to stop talking about it, but he was unquestionably a great fighter. You're plain wrong.

You're welcome, though you may be more in need of a Boxing education. I can help there too.

Andrew Golata rates up there for me. Intentionally head butted Donnel Nicholson, hit Bowe in the nuts multiple times in both their fights and then when someone got the better of him, quit. Truly despicable fighter.

You're entitled to your opinion but you are grossly in the minority. An olympic gold medalist who goes on to beat Wilfred Benitez, Roberto Duran, Thomas Hearns and Marvin Hagler shouldn't be seen as anything less than great.
