My bet is Groves wins some way some how with fast Eddie rubbing his hands together, grin from ear to ear and declaring the british public demand a third encounter to sort out this epic grudge match once and for all, with more seats built into wembley to cope with the demand and PPV costs rising "to meet the boxers purse demands... :TU:

It wont be that straight forward now Sauerland are in the mix and I don't think Groves once to give him a rematch

I can't see it TBH. If Groves wins and wins well, Carl will probably have a farewell fight in Nottingham before he retires. Can you imagine Froch taking less money than Groves.. his ego couldn't handle that, Groves would really lay into him in the build up too.

The most obvious thing regarding Carl’s ego IMO, is he comes across very insecure, he's constantly blabbering the likes of “international superstar” and how he has had a “unbelievable career”. As if, he needs some sort of acknowledgement from people....

And DeGale's fighting in a final eliminator as chief support, I doubt he would step aside and allow a rematch to happen, especially with the chance that Froch wins a third fight, then retires, leaving him to fight for a vacant title for much smaller money than a fight against Groves.

degale will be shouting for a rematch with groves if George wins - groves knows how to sell a fight.

he wont win on saturday though

Eddie would much rather Froch and DeGale both win so they can promote it as another Best of British Mega Match....

I don't think there'll be any need for a 3rd match. I think Froch wins this one tomorrow.

The more they fight the more groves is likely to win in my opinion.

Groves will win, and then it'll be 'Groves v DeGale 2: The Rematch'.

Has to happen.

Just think of this from a business point of view, which fights make the most money, Degale is going to have to do more than win tomoz first fight for new promoter, regardless of the fight status, froch v degale wont sell 40000 tickets, trilogy is on guys, after potentially another controvertial finish this time in Groves favour...

It's a final eliminator, the winner has little choice other than to face him, unless they want to drop their world title, or he steps aside and there's no way he misses out on the chance for revenge against Groves, or a big payday against Froch.

What if DeGale loses? They aren't going to be in such a rush to set up a fight with the winner vs Brandon Gonzales, are they?
