Can't see that!SteveO wrote:The winner of the Fury-Chisora contest apparently.deadpan wrote:Wonder who he'll fight.
Can't in a billion years see Fury agreeing to that unless Haye has had a fight in the interim. Likewise can't see Haye going straight back in with someone as high in the rankings as Fury (assuming he beat Chisora.) I'd expect him to fight someone fairly routine who is over-rated in the rankings.leforge wrote:Can't see that!SteveO wrote:The winner of the Fury-Chisora contest apparently.deadpan wrote:Wonder who he'll fight.
I think Fury will take the fight, no question. If he doesn't, he'll just get chopped down in a few rounds by Wlad.jameswilson wrote:Can't in a billion years see Fury agreeing to that unless Haye has had a fight in the interim. If people were not refunded for money spent on tickets for a cancelled fight, where exactly did that money go???mimmy123 wrote:Haye is one fighter I will never ever pay to see again. Infact I will go as far to say I will illegally stream his fights until he's paid me my £125 back.
Go back under your rock! You are not a genuine sports fan boxer, youve conned many people some of those cannot really afford to lose £125 on lossed fees and hotel bills that were never returned. I hope that someone sparks you out.
I seriously doubt the validity of many of these claims and id go as far as call mimmy a liar. Unless he's trying to say he didnt get his ticket money returned? which we all know isnt true, or maybe he bought a train ticket that was non refundable? No they are refundable so it cant be that that. Maybe he paid for a hotel room in a decent hotel like the Lowry or the midland that was non refundable? Most rooms in those hotels are free to cancel free of charge with 24 hours notice (unless he was stupid enough to go for a non refundable room, which is his own stupid fault not Haye's).davie wrote:If people were not refunded for money spent on tickets for a cancelled fight, where exactly did that money go???mimmy123 wrote:Haye is one fighter I will never ever pay to see again. If fury was to accept it would have to be dependent on a large forfeit sum if haye were to pull out again and a very good purse split thats for sure.HomicideHenry wrote:If Team Fury so much as accepts this con artist's bull poo again, I am gonna scream.
Only way I would even remotely accept Haye facing Fury is if he put down $1 million dollars as an insurance policy, that he will show up to the contest. If he dont, the money goes to Fury.
That being said, if Haye does come back I'd rather see him take on the Stiverne/Wilder winner; but he'd have to beat a top ranked contender first.
People who buy tickets on the secondary market run the risk of not being refunded when the refund must be sourced from the original point of sale and be paid onto the card that was used to buy the tickets.Finn wrote:I seriously doubt the validity of many of these claims and id go as far as call mimmy a liar. The only other non refundable rooms i know of are the advance economy saver rooms at the premier in and such and they cost about £30, and they are non refundable because they are ultra cheap so that wouldn't cost £125.
Likely outcome is that mimmy hadnt even planned on going to the fight n was planning on watching the fight for free on the internet but thought he would jump on the Haye cost me money bandwagon, next he will be claiming to have been raped by jimmy saville.
Haye v Fury is a £10m fight in which both parties walk away with £5m a piece.Anzi wrote:Why would the winner of Fury/Chisora fight Haye, when the winner of their fight, has a shot at the world title ? Haye said he was retiring a few years ago, now after a serious injury and operation, he wants to fight again ?
I lost £60 + in booking fees which you havent mention. I never got that back & maybe that is what Mimmy is talking about.Finn wrote:I seriously doubt the validity of many of these claims and id go as far as call mimmy a liar.
