For me Oscar Larios' dramatic effort in his title bout with George Dixon made that the Fight of the Week. George Dixon is just better than Larios, and has been all season long, but Larios gave an amazing effort on that night, and I think would've been able to beat a great deal of Champions fighting the way he did.
It was a classic battle highlighting Dixon's skill and ability to keep himself together under a whole lot of pressure, and Oscar Larios showing his heart, and continuing to be among the most entertaining fighters in the Sim.
That gets my vote.
