Best fight ever was Ward v Gatti I, but I dont think other than that either one is great to watch, or a great fighter.

I really enjoy Mayorga, even when his fights are dull it is isn't

Also Casamayor just to see how dirty you can be and get away with it.

3 guys who were not only exciting to watch but could also box exceedingly well when they chose too, a fact i think is often overlooked when assessing these three.

At last, another Monzon fan. There's no need for us ever to be alone again.

Sorry PD2004, i play football on a wednesday and have a few beers afterwards so i'm always over-friendly when i get back. Welcome, and if you stay away from Nasty you'll be fine.

I would love to have watched Aaron Pryor's fights live. The amount of times he was down in round one, only to rally back for a stoppage was amazing. I loved his style too, in many ways it was the style widely regarded as the ultimate style to trump all - the style of the unknown. The guy could box orthodox, southpaw, all out attack, move, bob and weave, etc. Awesome talent; reminds me of Roy Jones Jr. as a (super)middleweight, and his early days at light-heavy. As for a British fighter, I echo a lot of the names already suggested like Benn and Ayres. I think it sucks though when guys like Richard Williams have their good nights, when they box like a million dollars, yet their potential fame is bottlenecked by the limited Sky exposure. :x

When you were watching the Dark Destroyer, or waiting for his fights to start, you always knew you would be getting a fighter who would never think about giving less than 100% and would never refrain from getting into the trenches if needs be. A true warrior.
