A fight he should have won and did. Good opponent and solid win. I really think that Billy is being appreciated at the moment and is capable of matching it with solid top ten guys.

I saw the fight and didn't think he looked good. It was a fairly competitive fight with Garza arguably getting the better of 4 rounds out of 10, and If you compare Dib's performance against Garza to Pedraza's and Walters' he clearly falls short.
I'm also not sure how Garza qualifies as a good opponent in OP's words given that he's lost 4 of his last 7, hasn't beaten a decent opponent in years, and was dominated and/or stopped every time he's faced a prospect, contender, or titlist in the past few years.
