Depends. Look at Tyson when he was 19 (a teenager). He would have moidered a gang of grown men.

These lads were 19 as well by all accounts. As a boxer he should try and stay out of trouble, but I imagine these lads were giving him stick.

Headline of the story on boxrec is surely wrong. Charges weren't dropped because he was never charged.
