Straight after the win, did Bellew spit on Cleverly from inside the ring?

Looked that way. Give bomber Benefit of doubt that it was spit because he was shouting with a mouth full of saliva though.

Bellew needs to fight more with his brain than his brawn....

I might be wrong but to me it looked like he stopped talking and did it deliberately. Just wondered if I was the only person to see it

Not got sky+ so couldn't rewind and check. Funny, if that was on a football pitch we wouldve seen a thousand replays on numerous channels by now.

he never spat at all!

Watch the replay he calls clev a pussy but spit comes from his mouth as hes saying it. He was screaming pussy at the top of his lungs so he ended up spraying instead of saying ha

To me it looked liked he spat before saying pussy then spat again whilst saying it. He has denied it on twitter so clearly more people than me thought it

If Cleverly was such a pussy why didn't Bellew bash him when he had the chance? Kovalev would have done the same to Belles and for all the promises beforehand Belles didn't really give Stevenson a proper go; he promised thunder and lightning but pretty much bottled it. Bellew is a bit of a bully, if he did spit on Cleverly then it's disgusting, he gets himself so wound up he could do all sorts.

I love comments like that. An aggressive nasty comment complaining about somebody being nasty and aggressive.

That's the script for all of Tony's fights, talk shit all through the build up about how he's going to paste the other lad, try and kick off at the weigh in, then box the dullest fight possible, followed by him claiming it was a masterclass and he was boxing to a plan, or blaming the weight and not getting a hometown decision, depending on the result. Would find it seriously funny if Cleverly knocked him cold in the rematch, I'm sure he would find an excuse though.

Bellew obviously feels very threatened by cleverly as he did with Stevenson . He doesn't get like that with every opponent

I really do like both fighters, and don't want this to become another Froch v Groves build up all over again.

It did look like Bellew spat towards Cleverly

bang out of order if he did.

Bellew needs to calm down, every time he has a Big Fight it Kicks off.

Look what happened out in Canada :shame:

Bellew vs McKenzie 2 was a perfect example of this
