Which sayings have you noticed that promoters repeat in all their interviews. There's something within my brain that always seems to notice these things so I'm interested to know if anyone else has sayings that the promoters or indeed the boxers and boxing personalities say a lot in interviews.

The ones I pick up on are:-


Hearn - 'What people have gotta understand is......'


Mick Hennessy - 'This guy is the best *fighters weight* on the planet!'
'Did you see him on the scales? Carved out of stone!'

Take a look at these E Mails - Wazza.

"it's a fact of life. You know it, and I know it" VVarren

'Lets get this right *persons name*' - Steve Bunce.

"and we've got Cambell, Joshua, Yafai, Callum Smith, Scotty Cardle and Ward on the undercard..."

And my favourite (after the e-mail one) : "look what you've done to them crisps Scott".

'This is what the fans want.'
'It's a promoter's dream...'
'We'll get the whole team together tomorrow and make a decision regarding [Fighter X's] future.'
