Crease....point of order question

I notice that Jeff Fenech is not named in the top 14 that can face Barry yet he is rated a robust and hardy 12......is there a reason? or just an assumption that we would never stoop so low?
Also, is it possible for a Barry Vs Zarate fight to unite the IBO within the clusterphuck of all title ownage? for Total Belt Dominance?

Fenech lost last week. He is not eligible to fight for any World title whilst he is coming off a loss.

Yeah...I helped make the rules.....that's why I figure I'm above the rules. And yet, you say "No".
Besides, it's very clear that Fenech didn't "lose" as much as he just didn't "win".
I was thinking outside the "box", here apparently you feel that "boxing" is the priority.
How very limiting.
