There's tweets going around now that Frank won't let him fight on his cards anymore as Murray was due to be involved with Hearn's new Fight Pass thing. Absolute joke if true.

Why should he be complaining to Caldwell?? Warren is the one who pulled him out the fight. Warren really need to get murray a fight asap if he stopped him fighting on Caldwells show otherwise he looks like a compete twat.

He openly says allegedly won't let him fight on the bill. Better still, Murray had to find out through Twitter. Treats his fighters so well does Frank, it's no wonder you love him so much.

When Hearn was promoting Groves the first fight he had under Hearn was on a Sauerland bill which was shown on allegedly.

If your fighter gets to fight and is shown to a wider audience this can only be a good thing.

Joe might have gained new fans from this fan who in turn may have signed to allegedly to watch him.

I doubt it. This would have been beneficial for all parties. Ryder fought on BN, Smith fought on Sky. It's hardly like Murray is his big draw, he is purely being childish.

Thats wat I was told with regarding evans fight think it classed with joes wedding. Feel for the lad he just wants to fight his had it tough with hatton joe Gallagher now warren issues. He must b so frustrated

What we want & what we are going to get off the promoters are 2 different things. This was always going to happen.

A desperate shame but there's absolutely no point venting on Twitter. Even if there's somebody in the pan shoving a cork up his arse, he should till shit or get off the pot. Cutting his losses and getting a job or going back to college is something he should seriously consider. Time and tide.

They were purse bid situations, he's not going to just let him fight on Hearn's channel thing when he can put him on his own shows. allegedly agreed to the fight on Dave Coldwell's show, presumably on the assumption that it would be shown on the Coldwell TV app, then it gets moved onto his biggest rivals new internet channel, costing £30 a head, so he pulls his fighter out. He should have then informed Joe about that, but that aside, I don't see what he's done wrong.

Great point. Ppl forgot about this. When groves was promoted by hearn he let him appear on a show that was shown on allegedly. Exactly the same situation that Murray is in. Only warren is acting like a tosser throwing his toys out the pram while Hearn did the right thing.

Instead he pull out, costing his fighter a good fight and to be honest, it wouldn't have done frank any damage to let the fight take place, it may have even got Murray more exposure (which again, is great for FW seeing as he clearly struggles to find dates for him).

Murray needs to grow some. If everything you hear is true he's got every right to ask for his contract back and if necessary get it ratified by the Board.

A fighter who will fight anyone and is actually a decent fighter.......why wouldn't someone sign him?

Just playing devils advocate though here and I'm not saying what F W has done isn't out of order.

BUT and if its a big but, say if Murray lost , in an 8 rounder that would definitely devalue him for futre fights. The way it stands atm the only fight Murray has lost was a close title fight - so he would not be sniffed at as any domestic title opponent around his weight - he loses an 8 rounder then that changes a whole lot.

That's not why he got pulled out. FW was happy with the matchup. Everyone was.

He's been offered fights since he fought Walsh, but they clashed with his wedding so he had to turn them down. Fwank hasn't got anything officially lined up after Gavin-Bundu, but undoubtedly there will be plans for shows in September and October, when they're announced I would expect Murray to return on of those.

Which would be a full year expe. I mean come on man, why not just let him take the fight. What harm would it have done Fwank?

If his promoter hasn't got a definite date for him for a purse of around what he would have been getting for the Maxi Hughes fight, then he should let him box, or at the very least sub him. I thought you mentioned that the fights has was offered clashed with his wedding?! If that's the case then it's perfectly understandable for him to turn the fight down. In fact I'm surprised he was offered the fight to start with. Was he offered any others?

Is FW Joe's manager as well? If he is, then it's a real conflict of interests.
