The answer to the problem has been found: :x

FileHash is our custom-made full-text search engine, featuring ultrafast search speed and great reliability.

On this web site, the FileHash engine serves a database containing information about files available in the eDonkey2000 P2P network. A special crawler keeps the database up-to-date without loading the eDonkey2000 network with excessive traffic.

Only file properties information, such as file names, size, type etc. is stored in the database, not the files themselves. This web site does not contain any illegal or copyrighted material. The file hyperlinks produced by our search engine point to specific URLs, which are not understood by web browsers. In order to download a file found by FileHash, you must have a special P2P software installed on your computer. This software will then use the provided URLs to make additional search requests, this time in the eDonkey2000 network, in order to find the original distributor(s) of the file. Our web site does not contain any links to file distributors, this information is obtained by your P2P software.
