According to the article below this was all agreed until Kameda had to fight a mandatory.

Seen Kameda fight twice once against Paulus Ambunda who fights Scott Quigg and agains Singyu ( ex wbo champ) on the Canelo Lara card who he finished with an awesome body shot

He's only 23 Looks a very exciting prospect Al Haymon has signed him up too. Jamie could be the underdog if this is made but would be an excellent fight if made.

You mean Barker Geale esque by fighting in a neutral venue .
Kamedas story seems interesting he is youngest of three brothers who at one point all held world titles but are banned from fighting in Japan due to their dad who trained them all.
Tomoki has lived and trained in Mexico for a couple of years so I doubt coming to the UK would faze him. Be interesting how this one develops.

I'd liken it more to the likes of Purdy, Rees, Rose and co, heading off to the US to get taken apart in a world title fight.

They aren't ACTUALLY banned due to their dad at the moment. They are "banned" because the gym they are affiliated to has no license due to numerous issues, including the fact they lied to the fans last year AND two of the brothers apparently threatened a JBC official. The JBC have issues with Shiro but he's not the reason that his son's aren't licensed.
