It could potentially blow up quite big in a short amount of time as mma's popularity has dwindling rapidly so maybe something like this could pick up alot of fans mma has lost?
Can't see the boxing purists taking to it though haha!

Is that really true? The UFC seems to be running more shows than a couple of years ago and they always seem sold out. Also the MMA scene in Aberdeen is busy and they are selling out shows every time they run them.

Maybe it is more that it's popularity has just found it's level and isn't growing at the rate it has done in the previous years.

Not sure how I feel about the BKB but i watch and enjoy UFC but it would never overtake boxing as my sport, maybe this will be the same for me that if it's on I would watch it but I'd rather watch conventional boxing first.

As a boxinga , k 1, and mma.fan there needs.to be more.exciting fighters.out there and better matchups. Ufc I am getting bored with no real superstar aggressive fighters although I know groundwork it can get very boring when people.are.laying and praying. Give me.a.peak.wanderlei.Silva Igor vov and Fedor who were exciting to watch. K-1,to my knowledge has folded.and glory.is.now number.one seen some good.fights.on there but also.some stinkers. Boxing needs another. Tyson right.now.someone who. Is fighting.everyone and anyone too much politics. At.the. top .and.fighters picking.fights. . top fighters should just get on with it.
