Kell vs Khan

Who would win a battle of the Ks?

I'd go with Kell.

I think brook would land a nice counter and take khan out. He might have some trouble initially with khans speed but yeah he'd land something big and khans chin would give out.

I have a similar take.

Khan is exceptionally fast but good timing goes far in diminishing the advantages of speed, and Brook's timing is quite good; it's one of the reasons he's so accurate.

That's pretty much what I think. At some point Brook is going to land flush on Khan's chin and I can't see Khan going the distance.

Close fight: but Khan has reduced his punch output to leave himself self less open. I'm leaning towards Khan but Kell definitely has the bigger punch & better chin! I'd love to see the fight.

would be a great fight.

could go either way but if i had to put money on it id back Khan i think his speed and work rate would be too much for brook
altho i would want Brook to win and would be cheering him on.

The problem we have is the fight would need to be in an open stadium i.e. Wembley but that cant happen till next summer due to weather issues so we will have to wait a year and by that time neither may not have a tittle

Hope Eddie gets it on in a normal venue and we see it this year but just cant see that happening

I think Wembley is too big. I for one wouldn't return there. I didn't have a cheap ticket(£100), yet still couldn't see a thing. I've never enjoyed stadium boxing. Would love it at an arena though.

Yep, Khan will take the first few until Brook finds his rhythm and it could be lights out.

Agree. If khan survived 12 rounds then he takes the decision. If brook lands anything of note then khan is KO'd.

I know, and a casual fan can have my seat. It's simply not even half as good as an arena fight.

Sounds the most likely.

Khan is unlikely to lose to hardly anyone on points. He's to attacking. You either knock him out, or get beat.

After watching Brook handle the pressure today , I think he would probably catch khan sooner or later and stop him .

A KO will have to do then.

That would probably be my prediction. Porter took some meaty shots.

that was my main worry about going to the froch fight and i was looking at the cheap seats, i think the MEN is always the best place for boxing only problem is the MEN / Phones 4U arena would sell out in minutes.

I always liked the idea of boxing being at old trafford.

ive always thought Brook would ko Khan with relative ease. Last nights performance doesnt make any difference to my opinion.

I was just wondering, could they possibly make the fight for Brooks next one? I know there's talk about Wembley, but with the winter coming, would it be more practical to make it in the millenium stadium in Cardiff instead, at least that way the roof can be closed so the weather wouldnt matter.

Wembley sold out in minutes! Sky are going to hammer the life out of Brook-Khan for the next six months until they convince the casuals they are demanding it. The Sky boys will have loved the figures from Froch-Groves 2 and will want another.

Brook/Khan would be massive but not quite on the scale of Chisora/Fury 2 or Cleverly/Bellew 2 which are the fights the public are really clamouring for

I was impressed with Brook's sturdiness last night. I thought he would be mauled in the second half of the fight. On that evidence he could weather the early Khan storm and land solid shots on Amir in the second half to force some sort of stoppage.

God knows I've written Khan off before though and got it wrong. More than once.
