Rating fights on BoxRec 0 to 5 star system this weekend.

I know it's something that has been brought up on several occasions and I have even seen the calculation on how fights are judged, but sometimes do you not just need to use common sense?
This weekend the Frampton vs Kiko fight is a 4 star fight. A headlining rematch in front of 16 thousand people for a World-title (IBF super bantamweight title)
This weekend the Alicia Ashley (21-9-1) vs Jackie Nava (29-4-3) is a 5 star fight. non-headlining not a rematch for a World-title (WBC female super bantamweight title)
Why is this happening?

I just looked it up and it's a 2-star fight currently.

Either way, the star ratings for male boxing isn't on the same scale as female, since there are far fewer female boxers than male.
The star ratings aren't that meaningful in terms of the popularity/significance of a given fight anyway- I seem to remember Froch-Groves II being a 4 star.

Star rating are based purely on BoxRec fighter ratings, which are not determined by titles or attendance. I also don't see why Martinez-Frampton being a rematch makes the fight more appealing or significant; due to greater uncertainty I'd probably be looking more forward to it had Frampton not already won fairly comfortably by stoppage.

0 stars = one opponents has not even 1 rating point at least = not rated boxers
Women
5 stars = both opponents have 42 ratings points at least ~ best 30 boxers
4 stars = both opponents have 28 ratings points at least ~ best 60 boxers
3 stars = both opponents have 14 ratings points at least ~ best 120 boxers
2 stars = both opponents have 4 ratings points at least ~ best 240 boxers
1 stars = both opponents have 1 rating point at least = rated boxers
0 stars = one opponents has not even 1 rating point at least = not rated boxers

Adam Booth once asked why Shawn Porter v Phil Lo Greco wasn't a five star fight on Boxrec. I had no idea about the way the star rankings worked at the time, but having since watched the fight, it was f**king obvious why, regardless of the maths.
