Anybody looking forward to this card?

its great that boxing is back now but this is a disspointing card in my opinion.

I am a massive fan of matchroom but this card is a 5/10 which should not cut it for saturday night TV.

Im looking forward to it and i think its a decent card,the main events probably the worst but Jamoye's still a OK replacement,he was good enough to fight Yamanaka for the WBC earlier in the year albeit at Bantam,he's been in with some good BW's,he's got decent power so hopefully he can take some up to SBW to make things interesting but i doubt it and i see Quigg stopping him in about 5

Ive not seen Diaz in a while but he's obviously in decline but he's tough and a former world champ but has been getting stopped lately and Crolla's in the form of his life and i fancy him to stop Gamaliel sometime after halfway point,Anthony's always in great fights so alls good there

Airich is a good test for Joshua at this stage in his career but Anthony should KO him within 3

All that plus 2 cracking British eliminators,ive seen much worse,Mayweather/Maidana rematch undercard is diabolical,Stephane Jamoye is a better opponent than Manuel Roman who challenges Leo Santa Cruz for the WBC SBW title

Agree it's a 5/10 card, it would have done for me on Friday Fight Night though just about so I'm not gona overly complain.

Main events are really poor and a step back for both fighters also Jamoye got destroyed by Yamanaka

Cardle/Goodings and Vassell/Eggington are both decent fights really, cant pick a winner in the Cardle fight to be honest, looks very close to me. Routine wins for Joshua and Quigg, Crolla in 9 and Vassell pts in a competitive little scrap.

...okay I'm gonna say it, Jamoye gives Quigg HELL

Scott Quigg's definitely underated on here,i think he's looked near flawless in his pro career so far,he got decked by Jamie Arthur which is def the biggest crisis so far but recovered well to do the bizz,the Salinas fight was a strange one,i though he won it by a few rounds,but his workrate let him down,i dont know if that was due to lack of experience in judging 12 round fights or Joe Gallagher has a to take some blame for not letting him off the leash sooner,IDK but as i said i thought Scott deserved the nod

I watched his last fight against Munyai the other day and i think that was a great KO over a tough fighter,say what you want about Munyai's ability,his toughness has never been in question

Ive said it before but Quigg seems as down to earth as any pro in UK but ships a lot of stick because of his trainer and his title....and to a lesser extent his promoter

Jamoye is by far a more suitable opponent than Manuel Roman who challenges LSC later

Yeah checked odds leo is 1/80 and scott is around 1/30 still should be fighting each other and as much as I'm disappointed in Quiggs matchmaking over the last year and his fake world champion status I think he can take Santa Cruz

It's a Crap card but it's no big deal IMO as I will be entertained a bit later on BN and Mayweather

Sometimes the mediocre looking cards produce the most entertaining fights. You just never know ....

It's not a crap card at all. An uninspiring main event (though potentially tricky), but the card is at worst average.

But yeah enjoy that Mayweather undercard. Very entertaining.

they seem to be putting more shows on but diluting the quality of the show to accommodate the amount of shows! same thing is happening with the ufc more shows = poor quality of the shows!

I am curious about Joshua progression so I will be watching that with interest. The rest of the card is shite.

Yeah is Candle v Gooding shite? Or even Crolla? Joshua has an interesting progression.

I'm looking forward to this card, should be decent at least, think Jamoye has a chance of causing Quigg a few problems & Crolla is never dull. Fingers crossed it'll be a good night of boxing.

I hope so anyway - just come back from seeing my team get stuffed at home, so I'm in desperate need of some cheering up!

Eggington vs Vassell and Cardle vs Goodings are both 50/50 fights.
Joshua's opponent gave Christian Hammer a decent fight a little while back and, even though Joshua will prob KO him in short order, he isn't a bad opponent at this stage.
The main events are poor but Crolla vs Diaz should be entertaining while it lasts and Jamoye was a late replacement which could have been alto worse.
It isn't a great card but I will be watching,
After all its that or x factor

Soto v Molina will be a top fight.

Never seen Goodings fight but bookies have it Cardle 4/7 Goodings 11/8.

Quigg around 1/20-33 Crolla 1/6-12
