If you mean by the amount of PEDs he takes, then yes.

There's no question in my mind Bernard takes PED's but I dont even admonish him for it because literally every single guy in the sport also partakes in some form of PED consumption and 99.9% of them wont make to 40 yrs old near this level, let alone 50.

... I love it when people make it seem like you take any average person, put them on a PED regimen, and they instantly become a 50 year old fighting against the most dangerous person in the weight class.
I think it's shame that someone would try to diminish Hopkins as simply a PED user.

Alien lol no, just a smart guy who fights smart fights, he studies his opponents before he signs the contract not after, plus he gets help from refs like Smoger, but mostly just fights right guys, not to aggressive, guys that would allow him to run around and hit them once in a while, Hopkins can't win a fight he can only win a slow paste speed contest who can walk around the ring and throw faster punch and get away.
there's a reason he won't fight Andre Ward, Light Heavyweight division didn't have much for Hopkins till now, he won't beat Kovalev, but he wouldn't beat Stivenson either I think he knows that so he just picked the fight with more money.

Bernard eventually lost his Ring Magazine light heavyweight crown by losing a controversial split decision against arguably the greatest super-middleweight of all-time, when he faced Joe Calzaghe in 2008. Hopkins was seven years older than his 36 year old opponent.
Nothing controversial about Joe's win.

No one said Hopkins was an average dude. It just seems a little odd that he's been able to be fighting at this level longer than ANYONE in history. Sure, it's possible he's just a freak. And it's just as possible that he's on some form of enhancement.
IMO, regardless if he takes drugs or not, it does not diminish his legacy one bit.

Bernard's legacy is not going anywhere even after Kovalev stops him. One just can't keep beating top opposition at 50. PEDs is not an argument either. Almost everybody takes something.

I don't know about being an alien, he'll always be the executioner to me. I think he's the best fighter of our generation. No fear in bhop, it's hard to take anything away from the guy. He took on all comers often at the height of their career. He's the real ring commander, I'm not sure any guy has ever controlled the tempo like he has throughout his career. Not once has he ever sat back and said, "ya know, I've accomplished all their is to accomplish in the sport.". He keeps going out there and I doubt if we see another fighter taking on as many undefeated guys in his late forties like bhop has.
